For defendants not eligible for legal aid we can provide a fixed fee scale for advice and representation at court.

  • Up to 1 hour interview and written advice                                                         £125
  • Up to 1 hour interview and advice and written representations to court                £175
  • Up to 1 hour interview and advice and personal attendance at court when  (from) £250

    • Pleading guilty to speeding / due care and similar offences.
  • Up to 1 hour interview and advice and personal attendance at court when  (from) £300

    • Pleading guilty to drink driving / in charge.

  • Up to 1 hour interview and advice and personal attendance at court when  (from) £500
      
    • Arguing exceptional hardship.

  • Up to 1 hour interview and advice and personal attendance at court when  (from) £500

    • Arguing special reasons.

  • Not guilty plea and full trial preparation and representation.                                  POA.


    The above prices exclude VAT disbursements such as experts¢ fees and travel time and mileage (charged at £75.00 per hour and 45p per mile respectively.)
