Removing a disqualification.
A person who has been disqualified from driving can, in certain circumstances, apply to the court to have the disqualification removed 2years after it was imposed. This applies also to a mandatory minimum 3 years disqualification.

The process is not straight forward and requires the defendant to summons the police to court and then to present a persuasive argument.
