Formed in 2000 JWP has quickly established itself as a supplier of premium legal services. The Practice is based in a former wool staplers' warehouse, built at the height of Wakefield 's heavy woollen clothing industry in the 19th century. The building has been refurbished completely recently affording a spacious, relaxing and calm environment for the benefit of both clients and our members of staff alike. Our offices became the first Solicitors' Practice on Cheapside, which is now renowned as being the place to find solicitors and other professional practices in Wakefield.

In 2008 JWP Solicitors expanded by opening their second office in the centre of Leeds.
